Domestic flights from major Chinese international airports to Xi'an include Beijing (2h45), Guangzhou (2h40), and Shanghai (2h30).

From Xi'an Xianyang International Airport （西安咸阳国际机场）
Transport from Xi'an Xianyang International airport to Xi'an downtown can be done by taxi (about 200 RMB) or metro (lines 14 then 2). The conference venue at Xi'an Jiaotong University is located at 700 m SEE from the city downtown wall, near the metro 6 station JIATONGDAXUE-XINGQINGGONG (do not miss visiting the XingQing Park!). Transport by metro costs about 2 RMB, by bus 1 RMB and by taxi 10-20 RMB.
从西安咸阳国际机场前往西安市区可以乘坐出租车（约200元人民币）或地铁（先乘14号线，再换乘2号线）。会议地点西安交通大学距市中心城墙东南方向约700米，靠近地铁6号线“交通大学·兴庆宫”站（别忘了顺便参观兴庆公园！）。乘坐地铁前往的费用约为2元人民币，公交车约1元，出租车约为10至20元人民币。

From Xi'anbei Railway Station to the conference venue at Xi'an Jiaotong University, you can travel by taxi or public transportation (metro).For public transportation: take Metro Line 2 to Bell Tower Station (Zhonglou Station), then transfer to Line 6 and get off at Jiaotong University Station. The total journey takes approximately 50 minutes and costs around 5 RMB. By taxi: the distance is about 20 km, and the ride takes around 40 minutes, with an estimated cost of 50–70 RMB.

The conference venue is located at the Silk Road Lecture Hall (丝路大讲堂), on the west side of the Qian Xuesen Library, Xingqing Campus.
